Products are subject to an hourly, daily and weekly price review, in line with changing market conditions. Both prices and available inventory are subject to change without prior notice at any time.

Footwear Care

We understand how important it is for the shoes you purchase to remain looking new and pristine. Thus, for shoe care we recommend using Jason Markk Essential Kit or Reshoevn8r Laundry System - both have universal application on all shoe materials. For specific details on each brand and their product offerings we suggest you visit their respective websites.¹ Shoe cleaning is a delicate process, to ensure you don't damage your shoes always make sure you test any cleaners you use on a small area prior to a full clean.

Authenticity & Quality Assurance

At HIESSIK® we have a commitment to ensuring that your trust in our brand is reflected in the service we deliver. For that we reason, we take every precaution necessary to ensure the products that we source are guaranteed to be authentic. All products we source go through a number of tests and cross-referencing to ensure the product you receive, is exactly as if you had purchased it directly from the respective vendor.

Purchase Protection

All orders include purchase protection - if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with an order, you may return unwanted purchases and a refund will be processed. Returns are still subject to our return policy, which is available here. Orders placed through PayPal are subject to PayPal's own Buyer Protection, which aims to provide buyers with an extra layer of protection for peace of mind.
