HANDLING TIME & COST
All products purchased from HIESSIK® will be specially wrapped and securely boxed by DHL.
We strive to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of an order confirmation.
DHL tracking information will provided upon shipment of your order.
Prices listed on the site do not include shipping or duties. For customers in the UK prices are VAT inclusive. All shipments operate through DHL, who express a commitment to delivery by the next business day provided you order by the delivery cut-off time.
All international orders will be delivered between Monday and Friday, Saturday delivery is available for UK customers (via RoyalMail/Parcelforce).
We cannot guarantee delivery times, they are estimates — please bear this in mind when placing your order. Shipments may be negatively affected by customs delays, weather-related delays or other events outside of our control.
